Elana Felice Stanger, L.C.S.W. is a gifted psychotherapist, a talented musical theatre performer and a whimsical visual artist facilitating a Global Dialogue On What It Means To Be Hue♥man.  Elana leads Jewnity, a unique intercultural movement providing individual and social healing, peacebuilding tools, expressive arts modalities, honest dialogue and group therapy with love and respect for everyone’s cultural diversity, while honoring God’s unity. Through Jewnity and Unity Theater™ as well as Global Unity in Diversity Education (G.U.I.D.E.) and the Intercultural Healing Institute (I.C.H.I.), Elana leads hue♥men to harmonize and create one world of peace and love. 

At Ithaca College, Elana founded Students for an Interracial Dialogue (S.I.D.), at which time she created and facilitated a series of four dialogues exploring race in the classroom, on the campus, and in the wider world community in order to eliminate racism, foster mutual understanding, and build equity.

She was hired by The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) and its sister organization Affiliated Media Foundation Movement (AMFM) as an Executive Director and grant-writer directly from Ithaca College.

She holds two Master’s Degrees; one is from The Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and another from The Hunter College School of Social Work in New York City.

She is also a disciple of Cherie Brown who founded the National Coalition Building Institute; Augusto Boal who founded Theater of the Oppressed, and Harvey Jackins who founded Re-Evaluation Counseling.
